Confluent Cloud platform

A financial services organisation needed a governed event-streaming capability. We designed a secure Confluent Cloud platform with OAuth identity pools, RBAC, Schema Registry and field-level encryption, giving delivery teams self-service access under a consistent security model.

IBM MQ modernisation

A logistics provider was carrying risk in an ageing MQ estate. We upgraded and consolidated queue managers, introduced RDQM-based disaster recovery across data centres, and defined coexistence patterns with Kafka—removing unsupported versions without disrupting critical business operations.

Terraform automation

Manual platform changes were slowing releases and causing drift. We delivered reusable Terraform modules and CI/CD pipelines for Kafka, Flink and MQ objects, making environment builds repeatable, auditable and measured in minutes rather than weeks.

Cloud migration

Legacy middleware hosted on end-of-life hardware needed a path to cloud. We modernised WebSphere and MQ workloads onto AWS and containerised platforms with automated builds and observability, reducing operating cost and giving the client a supportable platform.
